The Product Price per Currency Feed enables you to create a feed of your products with their prices in the foreign currencies of your choice.
This feed can be used for your marketing needs, whenever international prices are required, for example: Google shopping feed.
To translate your product prices via the Global-e Merchant Portal:
- Login to the Global-e Merchant Portal.
- Go to Merchants -> Product Management -> Product Price Feed.
- Download the File Format Example (next to the browse button, top right).
- Populate the file with the following values:
- SKU – Your product SKU as it appears in your product catalogue.
- Product Price – Your product price in your original currency (including VAT).
- Price Original Currency – 3-char currency code of your products.
- VAT Rate – The VAT rate related to your product in percent (without the % sign).
Note that this file can contain up to 1000 SKUs.
- Save your file in Excel, csv, or txt format.
- Browse to file location to select it.
- Choose the county currencies for which you need your products prices translated.
You can choose up to 10 different currencies. - Select your preferred way to receive your translated file:
- As a one-time file to be saved on your PC.
- As a daily file sent to an email address that you need to provide.
- As a daily file sent to an SFTP server for which you need to supply the credentials.
For the last two options, the process runs daily, generates the file every 24 hours (with updated prices) and sends it to the requested destination.
- Click Generate to create the file.
- If you choose to generate the file daily, you can stop the process and generate a new file with different SKUs at the next login to this screen.
