COVID-19 Update

As we all face the challenges of the COVID-19 virus and its growing implications worldwide, and further to our newsletter from last week, we would like to emphasize again that all Global-e offices remain open for business. We are doing everything that we can to enable you to provide your customers with an uninterrupted service, in line with authorities’ instructions and with our employees’ health and safety as a top priority.
 
These are challenging times for retailers and brands. As part of our partnership, Global-e is committed to doing everything we can to help you alleviate the impact to your international online sales and business as a whole. Therefore, we would like to inform you, that as of today, and effective until the end of Q2 (June 30 2020), we have decided to waive the minimum monthly fee that is part of our service agreement. Though we are hoping that the situation will improve in the weeks to come, we will extend this period if circumstances dictate.
